Mississippi’s Premier Soccer Clubs UNITE
In June 2009, Mississippi’s leading soccer organizations formed a partnership to create more opportunities for youth players of all ages and ability levels to participate in the game.
Through this agreement, a joint collaboration between Chicago Fire Juniors of Mississippi, Jackson Futbol Club, and the South Madison County Soccer Organization was established to provide Division 1 soccer teams for players ages U13 and older. Our mission is to expand access to high-level training, development, and competitive experiences for Mississippi’s youth soccer community.
As the largest soccer organizations in the state, we believe it is our responsibility to work together to strengthen the overall soccer landscape and raise the standard of player development across Mississippi. We share a common vision: to get more kids playing more soccer, build the best soccer program in the South, and become a true destination club for the state.
This partnership is focused on raising the bar in:
Player development and competition
Coaching education and professionalism
Competitive opportunities
Outreach to the Mississippi soccer community
Facilities and resources
Building an integrated, community-based program
Team performance at every level: recreational, intermediate, and select soccer
Mississippi Futbol Club is focused on three main divisions of player development...
Division 3: MFC Recreational Soccer based in Madison.
Division 2: MFC Cadets Soccer based in Madison.
Division 1 u12 and below: MS Rush Soccer Club consists of teams u12 and below with a Madison and Jackson division.
Division 1 u13 and up: Mississippi Rush United consists of players coming together from MS Rush, Brilla FC, and Rankin Soccer Club to form competitive teams under MS Rush United.

For D1 teams in the Mississippi Rush United (U13 and older) age groups, tryouts are coordinated and team selection is based solely on player ability. No roster spots are guaranteed, and there are no required minimums for players from Jackson, Madison, or Rankin.
For Division 1 teams in the MS Rush (u12 and below) age groups, teams remain community-based through Jackson and Madison. Rather than competing for players, the Directors of Coaching collaborate to coordinate team formation and ensure every player who wants to participate at the Division 1 level has an appropriate placement and opportunity.
The goal of this agreement has always been simple: to better serve every player— from their earliest soccer experiences through their college career—by providing a stronger developmental pathway than any single club could offer on its own.
